This course is for students who wish to enter into employment at mid level within the business sector gaining skills and understanding of the fundamentals of Australian Business.
This qualiﬁcation reﬂects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
This business course is especially designed for those who are, or wish to take on roles such as:

- Customer service advisor.
- General Clerk.

It covers a broad range of business practices necessary to operate in an increasingly complex business environment.

Face to face: 16 weeks.
Distance: 20 to 52 weeks.
Certificate 3 Guarantee available.
Traineeship (User Choice funding ) available. NB: QLD only.
After achieving the Certiﬁcate III in Business participants could take on a range of Certiﬁcate IV and Diploma qualiﬁcations.
There are no prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency.
